Tested before it ships
Every model is checked for build quality, battery safety and control range before it goes on the site. If we would not give it to our own family, we do not list it.
Honest listings
Real photos, real specifications, real run times. No inflated numbers and no surprises when the box is opened.
Free, tracked delivery
Shipping is free on every order across India, sent with Blue Dart. You get a waybill number the moment your parcel leaves us.
7-day replacement
If a product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it at no cost to you.
Support after the sale
Batteries, chargers, remotes and common spares for most of our models. A broken wheel should not be the end of the fun.
A real person replies
No ticket queues. Message us on WhatsApp Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM, and you will hear back from someone who knows the products.
What the promise does not cover
We would rather be straight with you than over-promise. Our replacement policy does not cover damage from drops, water exposure, misuse, or running a vehicle on unsuitable surfaces. Normal wear on tyres, body shells and batteries is also not covered, and neither are products opened or repaired outside OAKLEE.
One tip: recording a short unboxing video is the single most useful thing you can do — it settles any transit damage claim immediately.
