Refund policy

This policy applies to products purchased from OAKLEE, operated by HEYCANDY TOYS WORLD LLP, a limited liability partnership.

Return period: eligible return or replacement requests must generally be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. A product received damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete should preferably be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligible reasons: the wrong product was delivered, the product was damaged in transit, the product was defective on arrival, essential parts or accessories were missing, or the product was materially different from its website description.

Condition: the product must be returned in its original condition apart from the reported defect, securely packed, with original packaging where available, and with all accessories, batteries, cables, chargers, manuals, warranty cards, tags and free items.

How to raise a request: contact us at support@oaklee.in or on WhatsApp at +91 90339 72526 with your order number, a description of the issue, photographs, and a short video where relevant. Please do not ship a product to us without prior return approval, as unapproved returns may be delayed, lost or rejected.

Refunds: after an eligible return is received, inspected and approved, the refund is generally initiated within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reach your account depends on your bank, card network, UPI provider or payment gateway. For COD orders, refunds are processed by bank transfer or UPI and accurate details must be provided.

Change-of-mind returns are not automatically available for every product and may be accepted at our discretion for unused, unopened items. Used electronic toys, batteries, chargers, spare parts and clearance products are generally not eligible.
