This website is operated by HEYCANDY TOYS WORLD LLP, a limited liability partnership trading under the brand name OAKLEE. The terms “OAKLEE”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HEYCANDY TOYS WORLD LLP.
By visiting our website, placing an order, or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Eligibility: you must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law. Orders for children’s toys must be placed by an adult.
Product information: we make reasonable efforts to display descriptions, specifications, colours, age recommendations and package contents accurately. Colours may appear different because of screen settings, packaging may change without notice, and battery runtime, speed or range may vary with usage conditions.
Toy safety: remote-control toys, rechargeable products, batteries and chargers must be used according to the product instructions, and adult supervision may be required. Use only compatible batteries, cables and chargers, charge under adult supervision, stop using damaged or swollen batteries, and keep small parts away from children below the recommended age. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect charging, unauthorised modification, or use contrary to the instructions.
Orders: placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order because of unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment failure, fraud or security concerns, incomplete customer information, an unserviceable address, or repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders.
Prices: all prices are in Indian Rupees. Shipping, Cash on Delivery and handling charges are displayed at checkout.
Cash on Delivery: COD may not be available for every product, PIN code or order value, and COD orders may be verified by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email or OTP.
Intellectual property: the OAKLEE name, logos, graphics, product photographs, videos, text and designs are owned by or licensed to HEYCANDY TOYS WORLD LLP and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission.
Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Surat, Gujarat, India.
